As you will be aware we encountered a few teething problems in respect to the delivery and, in the case of the Club emblems, quality, of the sportswear and equipment supplied by Alliance Sports last season. They are acutely aware of this situation and are extremely keen, as I am, to avoid a repeat this year. I have been in communication with Alliance over the summer break and can report that they are striving to improve in all areas of service to the Club, as we are to communicate more effectively with them. Alliance have requested that I pass this message onto Club members.
“We would like to take this opportunity to assure the members of Brentwood Hockey Club that a number of improvements have been made and lessons learnt from last season.- we have invested in the stock volumes in our warehouse and will be making sure deliveries are made via Royal Mail, Recorded Delivery, or via an official courier within tight timescales.
- our aftersales team has been increased and they will be liaising with Club members to keep them informed as to the status of their orders.
- we will be able to embroider the Club emblem on most items as is the wish of the members.
An order form is posted on the website for all to use – would members please complete all orders as soon as possible so as to avoid any disappointment.
