Umpires Course 07/03
The next Essex L1 umpiring course has been confirmed for Sunday 7th March 2010 at Witham Hockey Club (The Park Pavilion, Maldon Road, Witham, CM8 1HN).
The course involves tutoring on the rules of hockey from senior Essex umpires and then a written assessment. Registration is at 9am (for a prompt 9.30am start) and the course runs until about 4pm (depending on how long you take to complete the exam).
If any of your club members would like to attend please ask them to complete the attached form and post it, along with a cheque for £50 (includes course materials and an Essex HUA Shirt for all candidates) made payable to Essex Hockey Umpiring Association, to Dominic Millen, 37 Foxholes Avenue, Hertford SG13 7JQ.
