AGM - Weds 20th May

URGENT REMINDER:-

AGM – Wednesday 20th May at 7.30pm sharp, at the Club.

Please note that the AGM is to be held at the Club on this Wednesday coming, the 20th May 2009. As already communicated to you this is the forum at which all Main Club Committee members and all Playing Captains and Vice Captains are elected. In an effort to improve communication within the Club I have listed below a listing of all those positions to be elected together with the names of those club members who have expressed, in advance of the meeting, a willingness to hold office for the forthcoming season.

As I have noted on the listing the fact that there are known willing volunteers for all but three of the elected positions this does not preclude any Club member from standing for any position should they satisfy the election process ie have a valid proposer and seconder in place.

All positions will be voted in at the AGM. So, if you wish to infuence the outcome please make sure you make your voice heard by attending the meeting in person.
