Update The Ball
The ball is rapidly approaching, below are the menu options,all tables need to be booked and paid for by 25/02/12.
Tickets at £40 per person and we are limited to 150 due to the capacity available at Stock Brook Manor.
Tables will be allocated on a first come firstserved basis so please get in early to avoid disappointment.
Menu Options
Drinks reception followed by 3 course meal:
Starters
Fan Tail of Melon with Mixed berry compote
Beef Tomato, Mozzarella, Rocket and Basil Salad with Balsamic glaze
Chicken Caesar Salad with Anchovies & Lardoons
Main Course’s
Roast Sirloin of Beef, Yorkshire pudding, rich pan gravy
Breast of Turkey, filled with cranberry stuffing, wrapped in bacon, red winejus
Courgette and Plum Tomato Tatin with sesame green bean salad
All served with a selection of vegetables and roast potatoes
Desserts
Strawberry and mascarpone shortcake
Baked vanilla cheesecake with caramelised orange
Fresh Fruit salad with Clotted Cream
Coffee/Tea and mints to finish
Live band and dancing till late.
This season sees a change of venue for the Brentwood Hockey Club End of Season Ball.
This season’s event will take place at Stock Brook Manor in Billericay on Saturday 31st March 2012.
Tickets are priced at £40 per person which includes a three course meal, coffee and mints and entertainment/dancing from a live band.
Dress Code: Black tie.
