Olympic Tickets
Olympic Ticket Ballot
The Club, through England Hockey, has been allocated 24 Olympic tickets to watch a preliminary round (group stages) of hockey in the Olympic Park on 4th August 2012 for the evening session 19.00 to 22.45.
The Committee have agreed that these tickets should be allocated, in pairs, through ballot.
To be eligible for the ballot individuals need to be fully paid up members of the Brentwood Hockey Club – they may be players, umpires, social or VP’s.
To enter the ballot individuals need to register their wish to take part to me via email to chairman@brentwoodhockey.com or in writing to K G Hansen 37 Fairfield Avenue, Upminster Essex RM14 3AZ no later than Wednesday the 25th April 2012. The tickets will cost £21 each (£42 the pair).
The ballot is to be drawn, at the Clubhouse on Saturday 28th April 2012, during the Club Year End Presentation Awards Evening (after the Mixed Fun Day).
Please discuss this with other members of the Club to ensure as wide a circulation of this offer as possible to all, thank you.
Note :- The match schedule will not be finally confirmed until May 2012 after all of the teams have qualified. We will however be notified of the matches we will get to see as soon as confirmation is received.
