Olympic Ticket Ballot – Second set of tickets

Congratulations to you all as I take pleasure in informing you that you were successful in the 2nd Olympic Ticket draw that was held on Saturday 7th July. Each winner has won a pair of tickets for the date and session number [and at the cost noted] as listed below:-

The Club, through England Hockey, has secured 40 additional Olympic tickets to watch the preliminary rounds (group stages) of the hockey in the Olympic Park.

These sessions are for the rounds in which GB will be taking part, excepting HO21 as below.

The Committee have agreed that these tickets should be allocated, in pairs, through a second ballot. Previous ballot entries will be carried forward to this ballot unless advised otherwise.

New entries need to register their wish to take part to me via email to chairman@brentwoodhockey.com or kimhansen@sky.com or in writing to K G Hansen 37 Fairfield Avenue, Upminster Essex RM14 3AZ no later than Friday 6th July 2012.

I will draw numbers out of the hat as last time – excluding those that have already won [i.e. the 10 pairs that were drawn at the presentation evening]

HO03 – 29/07 – 2 pairs @ Band C £71 a pair

HO11 – 01/08– 5 pairs @ Band C £71 a pair

HO15 – 02/08 – 2 pairs @ Band C £71 a pair

HO20 – 04/08 – 3 pairs @ Band C £71 a pair

HO24 – 05/08 – 4 pairs @ Band C £71 a pair

HO27 – 06/08 – 2 pairs @ Band C £71 a pair

HO30 – 07/08 – 2 pairs @ Band B £91 a pair

Should winners find they cannot make the dates won they will have the option of swapping tickets with other winners OR will be asked to return them to be redrawn again.

To be eligible for the ballot individuals need to be fully paid up members of the Brentwood Hockey Club – they may be players, umpires, social or VP’s.

The second ballot is to be drawn on Saturday 7th July 2012 and we will be notifying successful members and publishing a list of winners shortly thereafter. Good luck to you all.
