The waiting is finally over and we are now in a position to let you know the details of pre-season training which are as follows:
Fitness Training -
Monday nights starting 6th August at the County Ground. 7.30pm meet for a prompt 8pm start.
These sessions are open to all ladies and all fitness levels with the sessions being tailored accordingly.
Stick Skils Training -
1s/2s squads Wednesday nights 8-10pm from 8th – 29th August.
These sessions are squad training sessions and therefore are open to players who played in the 3s last season who are wishing to be considered for selection into the 1s/2s squads.
Training for all ladies will commence on Tuesday 4th September – Lowers ladies teams 7.30 – 9.00pm and Higher ladies teams 8-10pm (as lastyear).
